John has extensive experience working in corporate finance and complex global contracts, including leading financial investigations and advising as both a lawyer and a banker.  Counsel on acquisitional transactions in a range of jurisdictions including Asia, UK, Europe, and America.  John advises company boards and public bodies in legal and litigation, strategy, public policy, regulatory compliance, and government relations.  John acted as general counsel for a listed co in Singapore and as a Barrister has had exposure to a wide range of industries and legislation, including contracts law, commerce, civil fraud, sanctions, competition law/anti-trust, banking, shipping, chancery, tort, criminal fraud, extradition, defamation, human rights, rights of indigenous people and employment law.
